Free. No sign-up. No Excello branding on the invoice.
Eight parts
Every invoice needs the same eight parts, so the customer knows what they are paying for, how much, by when and how. A missing detail can hold up payment.

Google Sheets
Upload the Excel file to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose File, Save as Google Sheets. The formulas keep working, so it becomes an invoice template Google Sheets can reuse.
Canva
Designing your own invoice template in Canva? Use the eight parts above as a checklist, and keep the maths in Excel so the totals are right.
LibreOffice
The Excel file opens in LibreOffice Calc and the Word file in LibreOffice Writer, so the invoice template works in LibreOffice without changes.

Where Excello fits
An invoice is a bill a business sends to a customer for goods or services it has supplied. It lists what was supplied, the amount due, and when and how to pay, and it becomes part of both businesses' records.
Your business details, the customer's details, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, and each item with its quantity and price. Then any discount and tax, the total, and how the customer can pay you.
Give every invoice a unique number in sequence, such as INV-1001, then INV-1002. Keep one sequence, never reuse a number, and fix a mistake with a credit note while the original number stays in your records.
Net 30 means the full amount is due 30 days after the invoice date. An invoice issued on 1 October on Net 30 terms is due on 31 October, and the template works out the due date for you.
Download the Excel template, replace the blue text with your details, and enter each item's quantity and price. The template adds up the amounts, tax and balance due ($595.08 in the example), then you save it as a PDF to send.
Under the FTA's guidance, a UAE tax invoice needs a set list of details. They include the words Tax Invoice, the supplier's TRN, a sequential number, the issue date, and each item's price, quantity, VAT rate and amount in AED. The template's UAE sheet has a place for each.
Yes. The Excel, Word and PDF versions are free to download and use, with no sign-up needed. The invoices carry no Excello branding, so they are ready to send to your customers.
