Why we exist
We are accountants. We built Excello around one test: can the owner see where the business stands, in time to act on it? Software keeps the books current every day, and our accountants make sure they are right.

You choose
Keep your accounting stack. Excello works directly in your QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo file.
Excello's own bookkeeping platform is being built. It puts the software and the service in one place.
In December 2024, an online bookkeeping service used by thousands of small businesses shut down with almost no warning, right at year-end. When your books live in your own software, they never depend on anyone else's.
If you leave, your books stay intact. Inside QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo, you remove Excello's access and carry on. Once the Excello platform launches, leaving works the same way: your full general ledger, journal entries and receipts are exported in standard formats.
Every month
Excello's AI bookkeeping software does the repetitive work each day. Accountants handle anything that needs judgment, then close the month.
Step 01
Your accounting software, bank feeds, cards and payment gateways are connected. Nothing moves.
Step 02
Receipts captured and bank feeds matched daily. Accountants review and categorize every week, or every business day on Growth and Scale.
Step 03
Unclear charges, accruals and exceptions go to an accountant, who resolves them.
Step 04
Each account reviewed line by line, and the month signed off.

★★★★★
I recently hired Excello Services to handle the migration of my accounts from QuickBooks to Xero, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, technical expertise, and attention to detail. The process was seamless — they managed everything with precision, kept me informed throughout, and ensured there was zero disruption to my business operations. It's clear they know these platforms inside out. If you're considering a switch to Xero, I wholeheartedly recommend Excello Services. They're efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars!
Thank you Hina for your great support. I have more time to work on for me important things now.
An AI bookkeeping service combines automated software with accountants. The software captures receipts and matches bank transactions every day. Accountants review and categorize that work every week, or every business day on the higher plans, resolve anything unclear and close the books each month.
No. Excello works directly inside your existing QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo account, so you keep your ledger, your transaction history and your admin access. Excello's own platform is also in development, and you can join the waitlist for it.
Accountants do, with software handling the repetitive work. Automated bookkeeping software captures receipts and matches bank feeds every day, following the Excello Rulebook. ACCA, CA and CMA-trained experts review and categorize transactions and resolve exceptions, and a qualified accountant signs off your month-end close.
Your books are closed within five business days of month-end. For comparison, half of finance teams take six or more business days to close, according to Ledge's Month-End Close Benchmarks 2025, a survey of 100 finance professionals.
They stay yours, fully intact. When Excello works inside your QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo, you remove Excello's access and carry on with your full history, chart of accounts and admin login in place. Nothing needs exporting.
Yes. Excello keeps the day-to-day ledger and the monthly reconciliations, then hands your CPA or tax preparer clean financial statements they can use without extra prep. If you would rather, Excello prepares the returns itself in the US, the UAE and the UK.
Bookkeeping plans start at $150 a month for up to 150 transactions, with Growth at $350 and Scale from $750. The fee is fixed and quoted before any work starts, and it is set by your monthly transactions, how often you want the books reviewed, and extras such as inventory accounting or a second company.
