Excello Services

“Excelled People For Excellent Services”

Accounting software with API integration: your tools, one ledger.

With Excello, your QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo file becomes accounting software with API integration to the tools you already run: payroll, payments, company cards and ecommerce.

Every connection is checked daily, and accountants reconcile what comes through before your books close.

Twelve integrations. Nothing to migrate.

Your general ledger stays in your hands

No migration

Excello works directly inside your existing QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo account, so control of your financial records never changes hands.

Moving onto a new accounting platform means exporting partial histories, retraining the team and depending on that platform if you ever leave. Working in your current ledger avoids all of it, and Excello's own platform, in development, will stay a choice.

  • Full admin ownership of your QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo file
  • Unbroken transaction history and past audit trails
  • Direct access for your tax preparer, lawyers and bank
  • Nothing to export if your needs change

Accounting software API integration: supported tools

12 integrations

Each integration feeds a specific part of your books. Payroll, payments, cards and store data flow into your ledger, and accountants check the entries against the source before the close.

Connections checked daily, and fixed by Excello

When a feed breaks

Connections break. Bank logins expire, access tokens lapse and tools change how they share data. When a feed stops, transactions stop reaching your books, and a small gap becomes a big reconciliation job.

Excello checks every connection daily and fixes breaks itself. When a bank or tool needs the account owner to sign in again, you get a direct request, and that is the only time your team is involved.

  • Daily checks across payroll, card, payment and store connections
  • A closer look whenever transaction counts or balances look wrong
  • Breaks fixed by Excello, with a sign-in request only when the owner is needed

Exports

Using something else? Excello works from that tool's reports or exports on a regular schedule, so its data still reaches your books and gets reconciled with everything else. That is how PayPal, Tabby and Tamara payouts, and sales on WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay and Walmart, reach the books today. Sellers can see the full picture on the ecommerce bookkeeping page.

Frequently asked questions

What is an accounting software API integration?

An accounting software API integration is a direct connection between a business tool and your accounting software. It moves data such as payroll runs, card transactions or store payouts into your books automatically, so nobody exports files or types entries in by hand.

Do I have to move off QuickBooks or Xero?

No. Excello works directly inside your current QuickBooks, Xero or Odoo ledger. You keep your subscription, your chart of accounts and your historical reports, with nothing to migrate.

What if I use a tool you do not list?

Excello works from that tool's reports or exports on a regular schedule, so its data still reaches your books and gets reconciled. The connected tools above simply need no exports at all.

Who sets up the connections?

Excello does, during onboarding, within one week. You grant accountant or admin access to your core tools, and the data mapping is checked before your books are reconciled.

What happens if a connection breaks?

Excello checks every connection daily and fixes breaks itself. The only time you are contacted is when a bank or tool needs the account owner to sign in again, and you get a direct request when that happens.

Is my bank login safe?

Bank feeds reach Excello read-only, through your accounting software's own bank connections. Your bank login and every payment permission stay with your team, exactly as they are today.
