Excello Services Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 13819363, with our registered office at 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom.

This policy covers this website: the enquiry form, the free tools and emails you send us. When we keep a client's books, the client's financial data is covered by the engagement terms we agree with that client.

We never sell your personal information, and we never use it for anything other than the purposes above.
Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and our own code stores nothing in your browser. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
Section 4
We use service providers to host this website, receive and store form submissions, and send and receive email. They handle your information only on our instructions and only to provide those services to us.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law recognises, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with a regulator or the police.
How long we keep it

- Enquiries. If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry 12 months after our last contact with you.
- Email updates. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
- Clients. Once you become a client, we keep your information as set out in your engagement terms and as the law requires.
Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
- Ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
- Withdraw your consent to our emails at any time
To use any of these rights, email info@excelloservices.com. We will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Keeping it safe
Section 7
Every Excello team account signs in with two-step verification, and each accountant sees only the clients they work on. How we protect client books, including the AI that runs on our own private servers, is set out on our security page.
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
